Studio Manual

First steps for new team members.

• Sign in — Sign in from the login page, or create an account from the sign-up page.
• Onboarding tour — A guided tour walks you through the dashboard, browse grid, entry workspace, sketch pad and settings the first time you sign in.
• Choose your language — Pick from 24 languages with the globe selector in the top bar. The interface, this manual and the manual download all follow your choice.
• Open the menu — Tap the star button below the top bar to open the navigation drawer and jump to any page.

Your studio at a glance.

• Studio stats — See total entries and how many have production attached.
• Production pipeline — Progress bars for Production, Stills, Video, Social, Full Creative and Roster, measured against your full studio capacity.
• By Medium — Jump into filtered groups of entries by their medium.
• Featured — Featured top-ranked entries with quick access to their full workspace.

Search, filter and open any of your project slots.

• Search — Search entries by name, category or summary.
• Filters — Filter by category, medium and production status using the filter chips.
• Sorting — Sort by rank ascending or descending, or by name.
• Open an entry — Click any entry card to open its full production workspace.
• Project export — Select entries and export the project as JSON, CSV or a ZIP archive.

Every entry has seven tabs holding its full production pack.

• Overview — Rank, summary, narration and metadata with copy buttons for each value.
• Social Copy — Structured posts for YouTube, Instagram, Twitter and more, edited through a dedicated composer.
• Video Spec — The production specification for the entry video.
• Stills — Image prompts and the stills gallery for the entry.
• Assets — Upload files, link from the Storage Locker, and assign assets to the video, production, stills, social and sketch pad cells.
• Canva Briefs — The design brief pushed to Canva for this entry.
• Sketch Pad — A per-entry sketch pad — drawings, notes, audio, video and files saved to this entry only.

Every field of every entry is editable.

• Open the editor — From an entry workspace, click Edit Entry.
• Field groups — Fields are grouped by purpose: identity, production, social, assets and status flags.
• Save — Click Save Entry — changes persist immediately and appear everywhere in the app.
• New entry — Use the entry/new route to create an entry in a free slot.

Bulk-load entries from CSV or JSON.

• Upload a file — Bring a CSV or JSON file of entries into the Import page.
• Column mapping — Map your file columns to studio fields, with a live preview table before committing.
• Bulk insert — Imported rows are written into the studio in one pass, keeping their true ranks.

A multi-purpose creator pad. The main Sketch Pad page works on any selected entry, and each entry also has its own pad.

• Draw — Freehand drawing with brush, eraser, undo and clear.
• Text notes — Type notes — they are saved as text file assets.
• Audio and video — Record voice notes or camera video straight from the browser.
• Files — Drop or browse reference files of any type.
• Save to entry — Assets save to the selected entry and appear in its asset gallery everywhere.
• Download and push — Download the sketch, video or audio, or push the cell to Canva.

Schedule work on your entries.

• Events — Create events with a title, date, duration, color and notes.
• Link to projects — Attach an event to a project entry so it opens straight from the schedule.
• Board view — See the month at a glance and jump between linked projects.

All your files in one place.

• Uploads — Upload files to the locker and watch the storage meter.
• Assign to projects — Link any locker file to a project entry from the assign dialog.

Connect your Canva account to move entries into designs.

• Connect — Link Canva from the Import page or a Canva connection card.
• Designs gallery — Browse and open your Canva designs inside the studio.
• Push a cell — From any sketch pad, push the entry cell into Canva with its brief.

Brand, configure and control the studio.

• Studio branding — Set the studio name, tagline, mission and featured section text shown across the app.
• Theme — Choose light or dark mode and the accent color.
• Studio tier — Set your capacity — it drives the pipeline denominators across the app.
• Seed slots — Seed rank slots in bulk for a fresh studio.
• Language — Pick the interface language from the searchable 24-language card.
• Master clear — Wipe the content of every entry while keeping the rank slots — irreversible.
• Sign out — Sign out of the studio.

The assistant helps the team, audits the studio, and tracks fixes.

• Floating assistant — The chat bubble on every page answers how-to questions, reads project data, updates entries and creates calendar events when you ask.
• Run an audit — Ask the assistant to audit the studio, or press Run Full Audit on the Action Plan page.
• Action Plan — Every audit finding appears as a card with severity, impact and a recommended fix — approve the fixes you want, reject the rest.
